Finding and emailing business addresses for legitimate B2B purposes is legal in most jurisdictions. Under GDPR you need a lawful basis — for relevant B2B outreach that is usually legitimate interest — and you must honor deletion requests. CAN-SPAM in the US and CASL in Canada govern how you send: identify yourself, say why you are writing, and honor opt-outs on every message.
